WASHINGTON, Dec. 29 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Paper File Folders From Cambodia: Final Negative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 29 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that paper file folders from Cambodia are not being, or are not likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation is October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024.
