WASHINGTON, Dec. 31 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Overhead Door Counterbalance Torsion Springs From India: Final Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value and Final Affirmative Determination of Critical Circumstances.
