WASHINGTON, Feb. 21 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Monosodium Glutamate From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Circumvention.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 21 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
