INTERNATIONAL TRADE ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: METHYLENE DIPHENYL DIISOCYANATE FROM THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA: INITIATION OF LESS-THAN-FAIR-VALUE INVESTIGATION

WASHINGTON, March 11 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Methylene Diphenyl Diisocyanate From the People's Republic of China: Initiation of Less-Than-Fair-Value Investigation.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on March 11 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
