WASHINGTON, April 9 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Melamine From India: Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Orders.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 9 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
Summary: Based on affirmative final determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), Commerce is issuing antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on melamine from India.
