WASHINGTON, May 28 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Mattresses From the People's Republic of China: Continuation of Antidumping Duty Order.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on May 28 by Abdelali Elouaradia, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.

Summary: As a result of the determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order on mattresses from the People's Republic of China (China) would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of these AD orders.
