WASHINGTON, Aug. 29 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Large Diameter Welded Pipe From the Republic of Korea: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023-2024.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 29 by Abdelali Elouaradia, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that large diameter welded pipe (LDWP) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) was not sold in the United States at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) May 1, 2023, through April 30, 2024. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
