WASHINGTON, Sept. 29 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: High Purity Dissolving Pulp From Brazil: Postponement of Preliminary Determination in the Countervailing Duty Investigation.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 29 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
