WASHINGTON, Sept. 8 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: High Purity Dissolving Pulp From Brazil: Initiation of Countervailing Duty Investigation.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 8 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
