WASHINGTON, Jan. 7 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Hexamethylenetetramine From India: Countervailing Duty Order.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 7 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
Summary: Based on affirmative final determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), Commerce is issuing a countervailing duty (CVD) order on hexamethylenetetramine (hexamine) from India.
