WASHINGTON, Dec. 29 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Hard Empty Capsules From the Socialist Republic of Vietnam: Final Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 29 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
