WASHINGTON, April 18 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Fresh Tomatoes From Mexico: Intent To Terminate Suspension Agreement, Rescind an Administrative Review, and Issue an Antidumping Duty Order.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 18 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
