INTERNATIONAL TRADE ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: FERROSILICON FROM MALAYSIA: FINAL AFFIRMATIVE DETERMINATION OF SALES AT LESS THAN FAIR VALUE AND FINAL NEGATIVE DETERMINATION OF CRITICAL CIRCUMSTANCES

WASHINGTON, March 28 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Ferrosilicon From Malaysia: Final Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value and Final Negative Determination of Critical Circumstances.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on March 28 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
