WASHINGTON, April 25 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Cells, Whether or Not Assembled Into Modules, From Malaysia: Final Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 25 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
