WASHINGTON, Sept. 9 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Certain Monomers and Oligomers From Taiwan: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value and Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Critical Circumstances.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 9 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
