WASHINGTON, Feb. 3 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Certain Monomers and Oligomers From Taiwan: Final Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value and Final Affirmative Critical Circumstances Determination.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 3 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
