WASHINGTON, June 23 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Certain Low-Speed Personal Transportation Vehicles From the People's Republic of China: Final Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination and Final Affirmative Determination of Critical Circumstances.
