INTERNATIONAL TRADE ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: CERTAIN HIGH CHROME CAST IRON GRINDING MEDIA FROM INDIA: FINAL AFFIRMATIVE COUNTERVAILING DUTY DETERMINATION

WASHINGTON, April 28 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Certain High Chrome Cast Iron Grinding Media From India: Final Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 28 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.

Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of certain high chrome cast iron grinding media (grinding media) from India. The period of investigation (POI) is April 1, 2023, through March 31, 2024.
