INTERNATIONAL TRADE ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: CERTAIN FREIGHT RAIL COUPLERS AND PARTS THEREOF FROM INDIA: INITIATION OF COUNTERVAILING DUTY INVESTIGATION

WASHINGTON, Aug. 18 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Certain Freight Rail Couplers and Parts Thereof From India: Initiation of Countervailing Duty Investigation.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 18 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
