WASHINGTON, April 3 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Certain Epoxy Resins From Taiwan: Final Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 3 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that imports of certain epoxy resins (epoxy resins) from Taiwan are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV) for the period of investigation (POI) April 1, 2023, through March 31, 2024.
