INTERNATIONAL TRADE ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: CERTAIN EPOXY RESINS FROM SOUTH KOREA: FINAL AFFIRMATIVE DETERMINATION OF SALES AT LESS THAN FAIR VALUE AND FINAL NEGATIVE DETERMINATION OF CRITICAL CIRCUMSTANCES

WASHINGTON, April 3 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Certain Epoxy Resins From South Korea: Final Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value and Final Negative Determination of Critical Circumstances.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 3 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
