WASHINGTON, June 18 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Certain Brake Drums From People's Republic of China: Final Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on June 18 by Steven Presing, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations.
Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that certain brake drums (brake drums) from the People's Republic of China (China) are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation (POI) is October 1, 2023, through March 31, 2024.
