WASHINGTON, Dec. 18 -- Internal Revenue Service has issued a rule called: Base Erosion and Anti-Abuse Tax Rules for Qualified Derivative Payments on Securities Lending Transactions.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 18 by Frank J. Bisignano, Chief Executive Officer.
