WASHINGTON, Jan. 20 -- Internal Revenue Service has issued a notice called: Agency Information Collection Activities: Comment on Information Return for Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduits (REMICs) and Issuers of Collateralized Debt Obligations.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 20 by LaNita Van Dyke, IRS Tax Analyst.
