U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA) penned an op-ed in the Shreveport Times outlining his plan to Make Health Care Affordable Again by putting money in families' pockets to pay for out-of-pocket expenses like doctor visits, prescriptions, and eyeglasses.
