The U.S. House of Representatives passed three bills this week introduced by Congressman Nick Begich (R-AK) that advance critical priorities for Alaska. The legislation includes H.R. 2815 (https://www.congress.gov/bill/119th-congress/house-bill/2815), the Cape Fox Land Entitlement Finalization Act of 2025; H.R. 3176 (https://www.congress.gov/bill/119th-congress/house-bill/3176/text/ih), reauthorizing the National Volcano Early Warning and Monitoring System; and H.R. 3620 (https://www.congress.gov/bill/119th-congress/house-bill/3620), the Southcentral Foundation Land Transfer Act of 2025.
