Senators Mark Kelly (D-AZ) and Martin Heinrich (D-NM) released the following statements applauding House passage of legislation that mirrors their Anti-Cash Grab Act (https://www.kelly.senate.gov/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/anti-cash_grab_act.pdf) to repeal the 'Arctic Frost' provision, which allows Republican senators to collect $500,000 for every phone record that was previously, lawfully obtained.
