Senator John Hoeven issued the following statement after the U.S. Senate passed five additional annual appropriations bills for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026. The Senate has now approved 11 of the 12 appropriations bills, and reduced spending below last year, spending less than under a continuing resolution. At the same time, the legislation increases support for the military and key North Dakota priorities.
