Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) joined Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations (PSI) Chairman Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) on cover letters to three telecommunications companies that PSI is subpoenaing as part of Congress' oversight of Arctic Frost.
