The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Francis Riddle, 33, of Wilmington, DE. Riddle suffers from a condition that may pose a risk to his health and safety if not properly monitored and treated. Riddle is described as a white male, 6 feet 5 inches, 235 pounds, and blue eyes.
