WASHINGTON, June 17 -- Geological Survey has issued a notice called: Agency Information Collection Activities; Submission to the Office of Management and Budget for Review and Approval; Comment Request; U.S. Geological Survey, Generic Clearance for Natural Hazard Disaster-Related Data Collection.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on June 17 by James D. Applegate, Acting Associate Director for Natural Hazards.
