GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: FEDERAL TRAVEL REGULATION: UPDATING THE FTR WITH DIVERSITY, EQUITY, INCLUSION, AND ACCESSIBILITY LANGUAGE; PLANNED RESCISSION

WASHINGTON, April 16 -- General Services Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Federal Travel Regulation: Updating the FTR With Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility Language; Planned Rescission.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on April 16 by Larry Allen, Associate Administrator, Office of Government-wide Policy.

Summary: GSA plans to issue a final rule that rescinds Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) Case 2022-05, titled "Updating the FTR With Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility Language, " published on February 16, 2024.
