WASHINGTON, April 16 -- General Services Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Federal Management Regulation; Federal Advisory Committee Management; Planned Revision.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on April 16 by Larry Allen, Associate Administrator, Office of Government-wide Policy.
