WASHINGTON, April 16 -- General Services Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Federal Management Regulation; Designation of Authority and Sustainable Siting; Planned Revision.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on April 16 by Larry Allen, Associate Administrator, Office of Government-wide Policy.

Summary: GSA plans to issue a final rule revising the Federal Management Regulation (FMR) Case 2023-102-1, "Designation of Authority and Sustainable Siting" published on April 22, 2024.
