GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: FEDERAL MANAGEMENT REGULATION; ART IN ARCHITECTURE; PLANNED RESCISSION

WASHINGTON, April 16 -- General Services Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Federal Management Regulation; Art in Architecture; Planned Rescission.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on April 16 by Larry Allen, Associate Administrator, Office of Government-wide Policy.

Summary: GSA plans to issue a final rule rescinding the Federal Management Regulation (FMR) Case 2021-02, "Art in Architecture, " published on February 2, 2022.
