WASHINGTON, Jan. 2 -- General Services Administration has issued a notice called: Revision to Foreign Gifts and Decorations Minimal Value.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 2 by Larry Allen, Associate Administrator, Office of Government-wide Policy.
Summary: GSA, in consultation with the U.S. Department of State, must redefine the minimal value of foreign gifts and decorations to reflect changes in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for the preceding 3-year period, as specified under the law concerning the Receipt and Disposition of Foreign Gifts and Decorations.
