WASHINGTON, Aug. 5 -- Forest Service has issued a notice called: Malheur, Umatilla, and Wallowa-Whitman National Forests; Oregon and Washington; Revision of the Land Management Plans.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 5 by Lisa Northrop, Associate Deputy Chief, State and Private Forestry and National Forest System.
