WASHINGTON, Oct. 3 -- Foreign-Trade Zones Board has issued a notice called: Reorganization of Foreign-Trade Zone 2 (Expansion of Service Area) Under Alternative Site Framework; New Orleans, Louisiana.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 3 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
