WASHINGTON, Dec. 15 -- Foreign Agricultural Service has issued a notice called: Notice of Request for Information for Refined Sugar.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 15 by Daniel B. Whitley, Administrator, Foreign Agricultural Service.
Summary: In accordance with the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) requests comments from the public on whether it would be necessary and appropriate to establish additional terms and conditions with respect to refined sugar imports, including comments on the potential impact of such modifications on the domestic sugar industry.
