FOOD SAFETY AND INSPECTION SERVICE ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: SALMONELLA FRAMEWORK FOR RAW POULTRY PRODUCTS

WASHINGTON, April 25 -- Food Safety and Inspection Service has issued a proposed rule called: Salmonella Framework for Raw Poultry Products.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on April 25 by Denise Eblen, Acting Deputy Under Secretary for the Office of Food Safety.

Summary: FSIS is withdrawing the proposed rule and proposed determination titled " SalmonellaFramework for Raw Poultry Products."
