WASHINGTON, Dec. 15 -- Food Safety and Inspection Service has issued a notice called: Exploring Practical Strategies To Reduce Salmonella in Poultry Products.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 15 by Justin Ransom, Administrator.
Summary: On December 2, 2025, FSIS announced that it will hold a public meeting on January 14, 2026, to discuss practical strategies for reducing Salmonellaillnesses attributed to poultry products.
