WASHINGTON, May 9 -- Food and Drug Administration has issued a rule called: Medical Devices; Immunology and Microbiology Devices; Classification of the Device To Detect Nucleic Acids From Non-Viral Microorganism(s) Causing Sexually Transmitted Infections and Associated Resistance Marker(s).
