FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: FOOD STANDARDS OF IDENTITY MODERNIZATION; PASTEURIZED ORANGE JUICE; PROPOSED RULE; CORRECTION

WASHINGTON, Aug. 14 -- Food and Drug Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Food Standards of Identity Modernization; Pasteurized Orange Juice; Proposed Rule; Correction.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 14 by Grace R. Graham, Deputy Commissioner for Policy, Legislation, and International Affairs.

Summary: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA or we) is correcting the proposed rule entitled "Food Standards of Identity Modernization; Pasteurized Orange Juice; Proposed Rule" (90 FR 37817, August 6, 2025).
