WASHINGTON, May 29 -- Food and Drug Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Establishing Sanitation Programs for Low-Moisture Ready-to-Eat Human Foods and Taking Corrective Actions Following a Pathogen Contamination Event: Draft Guidance for Industry; Reopening of Comment Period.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on May 29 by Grace R. Graham, Deputy Commissioner for Policy, Legislation, and International Affairs.
