WASHINGTON, Nov. 24 -- Food and Drug Administration has issued a notice called: Agency Information Collection Activities; Submission for Office of Management and Budget Review; Comment Request; Administrative Procedures for Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 Categorization.
