WASHINGTON, Jan. 15 -- Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a rule called: Rescission of Regulations Regarding Public Access, Use, and Recreation for Four National Wildlife Refuges.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 15 by Kevin Lilly, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Fish and Wildlife and Parks, Exercising the Delegated Authority of the Assistant Secretary for Fish and Wildlife and Parks.
Summary: This direct final rule removes certain regulations related to enforcement of various activities on Havasu National Wildlife Refuge, Pond Creek National Wildlife Refuge, St. Vincent National Wildlife Refuge, and Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge.
