WASHINGTON, May 29 -- Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a rule called: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Removal of Colorado Hookless Cactus From the List of Endangered and Threatened Plants.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on May 29 by Madonna Baucum, Regulations and Policy Chief, Division of Policy, Economics, Risk Management, and Analytics of the Joint Administrative Operations, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
