WASHINGTON, April 24 -- Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a proposed rule called: Migratory Bird Hunting; Proposed 2025-26 Frameworks for Migratory Bird Hunting Regulations.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on April 24 by Maureen D. Foster, Chief of Staff, Exercising the Delegated Authority of the Assistant Secretary for Fish and Wildlife and Parks.
Summary: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service or we) is proposing to establish the frameworks from which States may select season dates, limits, and other options for the 2025-26 migratory game bird hunting season.
