WASHINGTON, June 23 -- Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a proposed rule called: Marine Mammals; Incidental Take of Northern Sea Otters During Specified Activities; Seward, Sitka, and Kodiak, Alaska.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 23 by Maureen Foster, Chief of Staff, Exercising the Delegated Authority of the Assistant Secretary for Fish and Wildlife and Parks, Department of the Interior.
