FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: ENDANGERED AND THREATENED WILDLIFE AND PLANTS; TWO SPECIES NOT WARRANTED FOR LISTING AS ENDANGERED OR THREATENED SPECIES

WASHINGTON, June 10 -- Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a proposed rule called: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Two Species Not Warranted for Listing as Endangered or Threatened Species.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 10 by Jillian Eanett, Acting Regulations and Policy Chief, Division of Policy, Economics, Risk Management, and Analytics of the Joint Administrative Operations, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
